The Past

The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.

Monochrome Monday - 20th October

Off to the seaside early 1950's complete with bucket and spade and it's me .. places to go and things to do.

Looks like Llandudno in North Wales.

I look like I'm going to cry - and I did hate the curly hair which I spent hours trying to comb straight ..

Wasn't life simple then - but you had to worry about your hair. Me - I was just worried, always have been.

Strange how those who have curly hair wan t straight and those with straight (like me) always wish for curly!

Such a cute pic!

Beautiful! Bet your mother loved your hair, even if you didn't.

I wouldn’t worry, I think we all got embarrassed about our hair, at some point!
Actually, Petrus, would you mind having a look over my blog, telling me what you think?
It’d be nice to get some feedback from a pub quiz fan.
And I’ll apologise now, if I’ve broken any netiquette, there.
