This C is the Church where I was married - many many years ago ...... in the early 70's
This photo taken in 2008 - St. Stephen's, Westminster, London
We had a nostalgia trip and went for a nose around the church and surrounding area . Took our now quite old children to see a little bit of our history.

Nice history and photo. What better C than Church.
Our "C" is Here.
Come visit,

Wow, that's a lovely church. I wish I could get married at a nice church, too!
My C post is HERE. Please stop by if you have some time. It will be very much appreciated. Happy Wednesday!
I was married in the early seventies too and my kids are all adults now. This is a great looking church. We got married in some more modern structure in southern California :0)
I'm always impressed with married couples that stay together to make history...
Nice showing your kids your own personal history! Great "C"
Cheers, Klaus
Lovely church - I was married in 1973 but not in as nice a church as this. So where are some old wedding shots of the two of you in the church???
Yes still have the wedding photographs but boxed up and at the top of the wardrobe..
Even have my wife's wedding dress and that is away in the loft in an old suitcase ..
My wedding dress is in the loft too! We were married in 1988 when dresses were not so friendly towards the bride! Mine looked like a lampshade, still my mum cried....I wonder now whether or not it was the sight of me in that dress! LOL!
Hi Petrus
Thank you for you visit and comment today... we both went for Churches I notice...
You asked about Chadkirk being near Hyde... it is about 3-4 miles away. This site might be of interest as it tells you more about the place.

What a nice way to share your past with your children.
Good photo of the church.
Bear((( )))
Well, being an old guy myself, I can reassure you that the 70's were only a very long time ago -- not a very, very, very long time ago...
you must have a very fond memory with that church, thanks for sharing.
